We’ll be scaling even faster in 2026 to keep pace with our customer growth. Where we work Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. In this role, you’ll be a key strategic partner, aligning our People Ops initiatives with Owner’s business goals. You’ll work closely with CX leadership, supporting the team to drive performance, engagement, and growth. You leverage a strategic approach to transform what is typically a reactive organization into a proactive one, building frameworks that fundamentally reshape how the team operates. As an embedded partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and coach — helping leaders build high-performing teams, strengthen culture, and navigate change with confidence. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, shaping how our people strategy scales with the business. At Owner, the People Business Partner role goes far beyond the “traditional” scope — you’ll operate much like a Chief of Staff for your business group. This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
