THE ROLE Pano is hiring a Senior Process Quality Engineer to support the design, roll out, and continuous improvement of the operational processes that ensure our camera systems and AI-driven services meet high reliability and quality targets at scale. You will develop and implement process controls and verification across product deployment site selection and audits, manufacturing/assembly, installation, and maintenance/monitoring. You will also partner with human-in-the-loop operations to define QA for the alert review workflow and to improve tools, throughput, and accuracy of human adjudicators.
