Engineering Manager, Marketing Enablement

The Role: Minted seeks a Software Engineering Manager to lead the Shopping Portfolio’s Marketing Enablement team engineers, building consumer-facing e-commerce experiences. This role involves collaborating on building a next-generation platform and ensuring on-time product delivery. You will be responsible for the technology strategy and team management, working cross-functionally with other engineering teams, collaborators, and stakeholders to effectively ideate and deliver on the long-term vision of the systems that make it possible for our end-users to find the products they’re looking to buy. The ideal candidate will strategize with stakeholders and Product Managers, manage an Agile team, and rapidly develop revenue-generating features.
