Senior Software Engineer

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Software Engineer who is comfortable working with both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React), experience with full-stack product and category data management, performance optimization, first and third-party system integration, and a history of working with cross-functional teams in a mid-to-large-scale environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in building a modern and dynamic customer experience around product catalogs, leveraging both business logic and AI to generate outcomes unique to Minted. You will leverage your front-end and full-stack capabilities to drive significant features and performance improvements, mentor junior team members in engineering best practices, and collaborate with business partners to deliver key strategic features.
