About This Role: As a Staff Engineer on the Consumer Payment Portal team, you are the technical heartbeat of our mission to humanize the debt collection process. You will architect and scale the platform that allows distressed borrowers to regain financial control through flexible, digital-first payment solutions. Your goal is to lead the evolution of a secure, high-concurrency payments infrastructure while mentoring the next generation of TrueML engineers to build with precision and empathy.
