About This Role We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat of our team. This is a "player-coach" style role where you will balance high-level process architecture with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for taking our existing workflows and moving them into a high-functioning Jira environment, ensuring team accountability, and identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks. We need a seasoned professional who is equally comfortable troubleshooting a daily technical validation as they are providing a strategic status update to a client.
