Software Engineer (Full Stack) We are hiring a motivated Software Engineer to join the Modeling Integrations team at our new Engineering Capability Center in Gurugram, India. As a member of our Causal Modeling organization, you will help build and maintain the versatile, full-stack solutions that accelerate our roadmap and enhance the Anaplan platform. Your Role Responsibilities Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of features and systems, from implementation through to testing and deployment. Build and maintain reusable front-end systems, scalable backend components and services, and robust APIs. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while learning from and participating in design and code reviews. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers within a fast-paced Agile process. Actively learn from senior engineers and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence. Your Skills Experience Professional or academic experience building, testing, and deploying full-stack web applications. A solid understanding of front-end development using modern JavaScript (ES2015+), HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with a modern front-end framework like React and a typed language like TypeScript. An interest in backend development and experience with or a desire to learn how to write scalable services and libraries. A "quality-first" approach and a belief in the value of automated testing. Good problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong collaboration and communication skills with a passion for learning and teamwork. Helpful Experience Familiarity with the JVM (Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot). Exposure to deployment and infrastructure technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform). An interest in observability platforms (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git). Experience working as part of a collaborative team.
