ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton Studios London is the heartbeat of our global community, delivering world-class boutique fitness 365 days a year. As the Lead, Studio Activations Experience, you are our high-energy "connector." Your mission is to bridge the gap between internal operations and the external community, sourcing new leads and executing creative activations that transform a single studio visit into a lifelong membership. You are a proactive strategist who thrives on identifying opportunities and ensuring every member's experience radiates brand excellence. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Act as the face of the studio, championing an inclusive environment while building a "neighborhood hub" through proactive engagement with local brands and community leaders Identify and manage a pipeline of local partnerships—including pop-ups, run clubs, and foyer classes—to drive occupancy and brand visibility Manage the end-to-end execution of studio-led events, from building landing pages in Splash and scheduling in Teamup to hosting guest speakers and coordinating group takeovers for corporate partners Partner across PR, Marketing, and Social Impact teams to align activations with brand narratives, while monitoring project performance and documenting "lessons learned" to refine studio protocols Influence the team by example, prioritizing member experience and partnership value in every interaction to ensure seamless, "surprise and delight" moments YOU BRING TO PELOTON A strong background in Customer Service or Hospitality, ideally paired with experience in Marketing and Events Outstanding interpersonal skills with professional etiquette across all platforms (in-person, phone, and email) A self-starter with a "can-do" mentality who initiates tasks without direction and excels at multi-tasking in high-pressure environments A genuine interest in health, wellness, or sports that translates into high-energy member interactions Proficiency in standard tech tools and the ability to work a flexible schedule—including 5:00 AM starts, 10:00 PM finishes, weekends, and holidays—to support our 365-day operation #LI-KN1 #LI-Onsite ABOUT PELOTON: Peloton (NASDAQ: PTON) provides Members with expert instruction, and world class content to create impactful and entertaining workout experiences for anyone, anywhere and at any stage in their fitness journey.
