About the Role We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Agentforce Commerce Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Agentforce Commerce solutions to mid-market customers, helping businesses transform their digital commerce experiences with AI-powered agent technology. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quota targets for Agentforce Commerce solutions Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver comprehensive solutions Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity tracking in Salesforce CRM Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Agentforce product developments Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows Required Qualifications: 5 years of B2B software sales experience in Commerce and AI solutions Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Experience selling to enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital transformation, and AI/automation technologies Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce ecosystem and products Background in commerce platforms (Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, etc. Knowledge of AI agents and conversational commerce Experience in consultative/solution selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.) Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
