Junior Project Manager (Cyber Security PMO)

The role Nebius is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the Cyber Security PMO, reporting to the Head of PMO under the CISO. This role is designed for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual at the early stages of their project management career. You will support the delivery of cross-functional cyber security initiatives and gain hands-on experience working with security, engineering, IT, and product teams. The ideal candidate is execution-driven, eager to learn, and capable of managing tasks, tracking progress, and supporting multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include: Project Execution Support Support the execution of cross-functional cyber security projects from initiation through delivery. Assist in building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and task tracking. Track progress, identify delays, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution. Coordination Communication Coordinate with Security, Engineering, DevOps, and IT teams to support project activities. Prepare status updates, meeting summaries, and follow-ups. Support stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams. Tracking Reporting Maintain accurate tracking of tasks, milestones, and project status. Support preparation of reports and dashboards for the PMO and leadership. Process Learning Learn and apply project management methodologies and best practices. Support improvement of project management processes and tools. We expect you to have: 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High motivation to learn and grow in project management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English. Basic familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday, Asana, or similar. It will be an added bonus if you have: Experience working in a technology or cyber security environment. Strong technological orientation and ability to understand systems and workflows. BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.
