Role Overview You’ll work sidebyside with federal mission owners from field operations and supply chains to benefits delivery and enterprise decision support turning vision into reality with Palantir Foundry + AIP. This role focuses on orchestrating, integrating, and operationalizing AI (no model training required): you’ll leverage managed platforms and services to ship secure, reliable, and scalable applications fast. You’ll own the path from usecase discovery → prototype → scaled deployment, operating under realworld constraints and partnering across product, engineering, and domain teams. What You’ll Do (Day to Day) Mission partnership delivery: Embed with client teams to conceive, architect, build, and maintain solutions that meet mission needs under operational constraints. Data-to-decision flow: Use Foundry (e.g., ontologies, pipelines, transformations, operational workflows) to turn disparate data into actionable products; move from use case → prototype → production at mission speed. Operationalize AIP: Deploy agentic workflows, retrievalaugmented patterns, and prompt/policy strategies via AIP; implement guardrails, fallbacks, and recovery for reliability without training foundation models. Production rigor: Instrument metrics/logs/traces, establish runbooks and SLOs, lead postmortems, and build auditready guardrails for safety and compliance. Secure compliant by design: Respect confidentiality and integrate with federalgrade controls (privacy, access, auditability); practice Zero Trust concepts. Rapid iteration, real outcomes: Prototype quickly, ship productiongrade features, and iterate based on user feedback and measurable mission impact. Crossfunctional collaboration: Partner with engineers, PMs, analysts, and operators to define requirements, iterate on solutions, and ship code that sticks. Forward deployed presence: Travel as needed to embed onsite, drive adoption, and ensure outcomes in operational environments. What you won’t do: Train or invent new foundation models; deliver academic research. Your focus is making bestinclass platforms and models work flawlessly in production. You'll Thrive Here If You Have Hands-on experience deploying solutions with Palantir Foundry + AIP in real customer settings. Proven track record solutioning and shipping products for clients ideally in public sector or similarly regulated environments.
