Location: United States / Canada (Remote) Reports to: Director of Product, FinData About the Team: The Financial Data content organization is responsible for curating best-in-class structured data, both self-sourced and from third party content providers. The team was historically focused primarily on building a platform of 4,000+ fundamental financial models. The acquisition of Tegus by AlphaSense in 2024 advances our shared mission to empower professionals to make smarter decisions through AI-driven market intelligence. Together, AlphaSense and Tegus will accelerate growth, innovation, and content expansion and enable users to unearth even more comprehensive insights from thousands of content sets. Within this new environment, the Global Research team is integrating our rich dataset into the platform alongside third party data to create a new final database that will offer our customers an unmatched level of accuracy, context, and flexibility to analyze and make investment decisions. About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee the integration of new structured data into the AlphaSense platform. Candidates should have extensive experience managing complex data projects that span multiple teams paired with working knowledge of user workflows related to financial data (such as investor research, quantitative analysis, MA, etc.). Who You Are: 7+ years of product management experience in the fintech, investment research, or financial services industry Proven track record of managing complex products with many moving parts. You excel at making difficult trade-off decisions and sequencing development to deliver value under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and highly team-oriented Meticulous attention to detail Experience with Notion and Linear Data Fluent: Comfortable using SQL, LLMs, or a combination of both to query complex datasets, audit for quality, and translate technical findings into user value is considered an asset Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business, MBA or a CFA designation What You’ll Do: Manage the entire “ zero-to-one” product lifecycle from initial data analysis through launch, understanding how to structure the data to support multiple workflows, define requirements, supporting development, testing, managing ongoing feedback in incremental enhancements. Act as the primary bridge between complex user workflows and technical execution, translating sophisticated analytical needs into robust data architectures while partnering with platform peers (Web, Excel, and AI) to ensure seamless data delivery. Work alongside internal domain experts with deep capital markets / investment research experience to understand user pain points, validate product hypotheses, prompt innovation and inform prioritization.
