ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling backend systems that support growth and advertising initiatives. You will work across event tracking, conversion callbacks, data pipelines, automation tools, and experimentation infrastructure to design and deliver stable, scalable, and observable backend services that improve campaign efficiency, iteration speed, and overall business growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for growth and advertising use cases; - Build event tracking, server-side conversion, data processing, and service-oriented pipelines; - Develop automation tools and internal platforms to improve campaign execution, monitoring, and experiment efficiency; - Optimize system stability, performance, scalability, and data accuracy; - Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams to deliver high-quality business solutions. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Strong backend development experience, with solid system design and hands-on execution skills; - Proficiency in at least one backend programming language, such as Go, Java, or Python; - Familiarity with common backend infrastructure such as MySQL, Redis, message queues, APIs, and job scheduling systems; - Experience building data pipelines, event-driven systems, automation platforms, or internal business tools; - Strong problem-solving skills, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a results-oriented mindset. NICE TO HAVE: 1. Experience with growth, advertising, AdTech, or MarTech systems; 2. Familiarity with data warehouses, tracking/instrumentation, conversion attribution, or experimentation platforms; 3. Experience building high-concurrency, highly available systems; 4.
