We’re looking for an experienced
Full Stack Engineer
to join our team and help us build our modern service management platform. This role is based out of our
Bay Area office
.
What
you'll
do — responsibilities
Own full-stack features from design to production:
design APIs, implement backend services, and build maintainable UI components.
Build and maintain scalable, secure, and observable services
including APIs, background workers, authentication, and third-party integrations.
Implement polished, accessible, performant UIs
using modern React patterns and best practices.
Design and tune persistence layers:
schema design, indexing, query optimization, caching strategies.
Ship well-tested code and own CI/CD flows, rollouts, and incident responses.
Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and other engineers
in weekly planning, design reviews, and execution.
Drive technical proposals, tradeoff analysis, and documentation.
Act like a product owner for your domain
— prioritize customer value, shipping, and quality.
Continuously improve our platform
through code reviews, refactoring, and system improvements.
Solve interesting technical problems
with creativity and strong engineering judgement.
What
we're
looking for — must-haves
2–5 years of professional experience
building production web applications across frontend and backend.
Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills with React
on the frontend.
Proficiency in at least one backend language:
Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
Strong fundamentals in REST/GraphQL API design and integration.
Solid database knowledge
(relational databases, indexing, query optimisation). MySQL experience preferred.
Familiarity with AWS
or similar cloud platforms — deploying, monitoring, and operating services.
Practical experience with testing
(unit, integration, e2e), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
Good debugging skills
— comfortable tracing issues across UI, APIs, and databases.
Clear communication and documentation habits
with a collaborative, low-ego mindset.
Familiarity with modern code editors
like VS Code, Cursor, etc.
