In this role, you will: Be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and delivery of service, connectin g with global and regional partner teams to deliver a cohesive client experience Build long ‑ term, trust ‑ based relationships with client’s teams such as Head of Risk, Head of Fixed Income desk , Head of Compliance and Head of Platform management. Translate client business objectives , regulatory requirements, and operational constraints into practical Aladdin solutions, leveraging risk modelling , trad e , compliance, and post ‑ trade capabilities. Work with support team representatives to analyze service patterns and themes. Oversee ongoing client engagement through regular meetings to review service metrics, prioritize projects and align long term strategy. Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to reflect local regulatory, operational, and market conventions within a global platform. You have: 4 years of experience in Financial Services, Technology, Consulting or Buy Side with a proficiency across Portfolio Management, Trading, Trade Confirmation & Settlement, Cash and Position reconciliations, Derivative Operations, Corporate Action processing and other workflows in the Investment Operations space. A working understanding of Korean and global capital markets, including equity, fixed income, alternatives, and derivative markets , with exposure to risk analytics, compliance, trading, or operations. Experience advising clients or internal stakeholders on technology ‑ enabled process improvement, portfolio workflows, risk management, or reporting. A consultative approach to understanding client needs and a passion for solving problems Ability to run multiple priorities. Superior interpersonal, communication , and presentation skills, conveying complex concepts simply and clearly to clients Business fluent in both Korean and English , with the ability to operate seamlessly in bilingual client and internal environments.
