The APAC Marketing team at BlackRock sets the strategic direction to drive commercial growth by designing and executing high-impact, multi-channel, and data-driven marketing strategies. Our mission is to ensure BlackRock’s offerings resonate with both current clients and prospective clients, raise brand awareness, and drive preference for our investment capabilities. It is the responsibility of this team to manage and implement brand, capabilities, and product campaigns, and utilise metrics to measure the return on investment and to inform and evolve future activity. The individual will play a critical role in shaping how our iShares onshore ETF franchise is positioned and communicated to retail investors and brokers in Taiwan. This role focuses on developing high-quality, compliant, and locally relevant content that educates, engages, and builds conviction around iShares ETFs across digital and offline channels. Sitting within the Taiwan onshore ETF marketing team and closely partnering with iShares product, sales, and regional marketing stakeholders, this role supports BlackRock’s strategic goal of growing ETF adoption and deepening investor understanding in a highly crowded and competitive market. The position is well suited for a content-driven marketer who wants exposure to ETFs, onshore distribution dynamics, and global asset management, with clear opportunities to broaden scope into regional marketing, campaign strategy, or product marketing over time. Responsibilities: · Develop and localize ETF-related marketing content tailored to retail investors and broker partners in Taiwan, translating global and regional iShares narratives into locally relevant messaging while ensuring regulatory compliance. · Contribute to content planning and thematic development, supporting consistent ETF storytelling aligned with Taiwan retail investor needs and market dynamics. · Execute and optimize content across owned channels (websites, social media, YouTube, LINE and broker platforms), including campaign implementation and performance tracking in accordance with BlackRock guidelines and governance standards. · Collaborate closely with product, sales, investment and compliance teams, as well as regional stakeholders (APAC Marketing and Corporate Communications), to ensure accuracy, consistency and regulatory alignment of ETF communications. · Support investor education initiatives, including participation in broker seminars and retail investor events, communicating ETF concepts in a clear, professional and compliant manner.
