Transaction Manager

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (“Company”), a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap, Inc. (NYSE:MMI) is seeking a Transaction Manager, Capital Markets, to manage and close commercial real estate debt and equity transactions.  The primary responsibility of the Transaction Manager is to oversee transactions from engagement through closing, acting as a liaison between clients and capital sources. As an experienced member of the Company’s transactional team, this position is designated as a non-exempt role. The base salary range for this role is $38.46 – $43.27 per hour. This position is eligible for a discretionary performance‑based bonus. The exact bonus amount is not guaranteed and will vary based on individual performance, team results, and company performance. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role.
