CLEAR is building THE secure identity company of the future. Our mission is to make experiences safer and easier—physically and digitally. With more than 38 million Members and a growing network of partners across the world, CLEAR's secure identity platform is transforming the way people live, work, and travel. Whether it’s at the airport, stadium, or throughout your everyday life, CLEAR unlocks the magic of frictionless experiences.
The Manager, Airport Affairs plays a critical role in powering CLEAR’s airport growth strategy. Sitting at the intersection of executive leadership, commercial partnerships, and operational execution, you will architect the governance, contract discipline, and cross-functional coordination that enable CLEAR’s airport footprint to scale nationwide. This is a high-visibility role supporting multi-million-dollar public-private partnerships and shaping how CLEAR expands across the aviation ecosystem.
What you'll do:
Own the operational infrastructure behind CLEAR’s airport portfolio — ensuring contracts, compliance, reporting, and renewals are executed flawlessly and proactively
Partner directly with the VP, Airport Affairs Business Development to prepare executive-level materials that support strategic negotiations, renewals, RFP responses, and airport board engagements
Build scalable governance frameworks that strengthen long-term airport relationships and institutionalize best-in-class partnership management
Serve as the central coordination point across Legal, Finance, Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure airport commitments translate into seamless execution
Deliver real-time relationship intelligence through CRM rigor, stakeholder mapping, and actionable reporting that informs growth strategy
How you'll measure success:
100% on-time contract renewals, reporting submissions, and compliance deliverables
CRM data accuracy and visibility into stakeholder engagement milestones
Executive satisfaction with briefing materials and governance preparation
Reduced internal friction through clear documentation, structured follow-ups, and proactive coordination
What you're great at:
3–5+ years of experience in operations, business development, public sector administration, consulting, or partner management
Working with contracts, reporting requirements, or compliance tracking
Supporting enterprise or public-sector partnerships preferred
Managing multiple workstreams with high attention to detail
Creating structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Influencing stakeholders through clarity, organization, and data
Strong proficiency in Hubspot / Google Workspace / AI Agents
How You'll be Rewarded:

Our offices are bright and energetic with an open concept and plenty of conference rooms and casual co-working spaces. We also offer catered lunches every day and have fully stocked kitchens.
