Candidates cannot require sponsorship now or in the future** Job’s mission As a Customer Kit Management (CKM) Service Operations Specialist , you will help support ASM’s advanced semiconductor equipment at customer sites, ensuring that tools operate safely and at peak performance. Your work keeps fabs running and directly contributes to the technologies powering AI, 5G, and cloud computing. This role gives you hands-on experience, structured training, and the chance to grow alongside experts in the field. What you will be working on Support operations and material used to replace chamber kits for regular scheduled preventative maintenance. Maintain and update trackers for maintenance forecasting, kit readiness, kit movements, and parts stocking status. Maintain ongoing communication between stakeholders in U.S. and Taiwan to ensure alignment on operational priorities and performance expectations. Facilitate recurring meetings on daily and weekly basis to review kit readiness Interface with Logistics/Warehouse, Field Service, Quality and Value Engineering teams to identify and resolve supplier issues. Support CKM goals related to Turnaround Time (TaT), parts quality, on-time delivery, and corrective action execution. What we are looking for Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) Strong organizational and coordination skills, with high attention to detail Basic understanding of service administration operations or logistics in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); comfortable handling reporting and data. Strong sense of ownership and accountability in task follow-up and reporting What sets you apart Prior experience in an administrative support, logistics or supply chain coordination role within the semiconductor environment Experience using SAP ERP system Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Apply today to be part of what’s next.
