The Role As our first dedicated Growth Engineer, you'll own the full technical surface of how potential customers find us, experience us for the first time, and expand within their organisations. That means writing real software - not configuring tools - to build systems that scale. You'll work closely with our GTM, product, and engineering teams, turning growth hypotheses into shipped code and measurable outcomes.
