The DoorDash Recruiting Team is focused on building DoorDash culture, one quality hire at a time. We partner with hiring teams to design and execute recruiting strategies that allow DoorDash to hire remarkable talent in the most efficient and unbiased ways.
About the Role
At DoorDash, our Sourcers play an essential part in supporting our growing teams by working alongside our recruiters and hiring managers while managing candidates at the top of the funnel. This is a unique and impactful opportunity to help accelerate the business by engaging qualified candidates for our marketing department while acting as a subject matter expert and owner of market insights. You will report directly to a Sales Recruiting Manager.

Build partnerships with several of our business leaders across the Sales team
Work with the recruiter and hiring manager to develop creative strategies for engaging qualified candidates for their teams through resume screening, outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, events, etc.
Help influence hiring decisions at each point in the recruiting process
Use data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies and iterate on our interview process
We’re excited about you because…
You have 3+ years of sourcing experience
You have mastered successful pipeline management using an ATS, LinkedIn, and a variety of other channels
You enjoy research and like to find needles in haystacks
You're metrics driven - able to leverage data to help guide your decisions
You're able to work through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
You're growth-minded - eager to expand your skill set and excited to carve out your career path at a company with many options
You have a desire for impact and are able to work cross-functionally with your partners to make it happen

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
