The opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team, dedicated to building dashboards for game publishers working with Unity Ads! As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our Unity Ads dashboards. Your responsibilities will include crafting and implementing robust, scalable, and secure software systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, and continuously improving the performance and reliability of our products. This is a role that requires strong frontend expertise alongside backend ownership. What you'll be doing Deliver complex dashboard experiences that turn multi-dimensional data into clear, trustworthy, and actionable user workflows. Own features end-to-end from requirements through production, including frontend implementation and backend integrations. Design and implement backend services and APIs to support complex dashboard workflows and data integrations. Work across multiple systems, including integrating with legacy services and ensuring data consistency across downstream systems. Partner with Product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into intuitive dashboard experiences, while driving alignment through design and code reviews. Build and evolve shared UI patterns and frontend architecture, balancing usability, performance, and maintainability. Identify UX, performance, and reliability issues through hands-on investigation, metrics, and user feedback, and drive improvements to resolution. What we're looking for Proven experience building and shipping modern, user-facing web applications in production environments. Ability to take end-to-end ownership of features, from requirements through production and iteration. Experience working across frontend and backend, including with existing and legacy systems. Solid experience with backend development (e.g., Node.js or similar), including API design and data modeling. Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, with strong judgment around component design, state management, and performance. Strong track record delivering large-scale, data-intensive dashboards or complex frontend products. Experience working across multiple teams or dashboard surfaces, influencing quality and consistency beyond one feature area. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with Product, Design, and engineering teams, shaping scope, prioritization, and aligning stakeholders. Solid engineering discipline: testing, code reviews, accessibility, and maintainable frontend architecture. You might also have Experience with design systems, no-code builders, or configuration-driven UI frameworks. Familiarity with frontend observability (performance metrics, error tracking, UX signals). Experience in Ads, analytics, gaming, or similarly complex data domains. Exposure to cross-team technical alignment or guild-style quality initiatives.
