Your Impact
As a CCO Project Specialist, you will help with the end to end portfolio execution for Components. The responsibilities include monitor progress and schedules of portfolio, create and distribute communications to portfolio and program stakeholders, maintain & enhance Learning Center, and develop project execution guidelines.
Responsibilities Include
Project Management: Help with reporting and materials for readouts with stakeholders
Change Management: Leading change initiatives, effectively communicating changes, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth transitions
PMO Governance: Maintain process standards and provide delivery oversight for programs and projects
Communications: Manage communication plan including setting expectations, internal and external communications
Stakeholder Partnership: Maintains stakeholder relationships by executing the communication plan, and partner with IT for portfolio alignment
Qualifications
2 years of experience in Portfolio & Program Management
Experience in a manufacturing supply chain opperation
Preferred Qualifications
Superb communication, organization, presentation, and analytical skills
Experience working with multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
High degree of leadership, motivation, autonomy in work, and organizational skills required
PMP Certification
