The responsibilities include monitor progress and schedules of portfolio, create and distribute communications to portfolio and program stakeholders, maintain & enhance Learning Center, and develop project execution guidelines. Responsibilities Include Project Management: Help with reporting and materials for readouts with stakeholders Change Management: Leading change initiatives, effectively communicating changes, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth transitions PMO Governance: Maintain process standards and provide delivery oversight for programs and projects Communications: Manage communication plan including setting expectations, internal and external communications Stakeholder Partnership: Maintains stakeholder relationships by executing the communication plan, and partner with IT for portfolio alignment Qualifications 2 years of experience in Portfolio & Program Management Experience in a manufacturing supply chain opperation Preferred Qualifications Superb communication, organization, presentation, and analytical skills Experience working with multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment High degree of leadership, motivation, autonomy in work, and organizational skills required PMP Certification Why Cisco?
