You will work on further developing a portfolio already containing client names such as DHL, Johnson Johnson, FDA, DMV, PwC, KeyBank, Spotify, and HR BLOCK. ABBYY is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to design, optimize, and scale systems that power the global employee lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of People, Data, and Operations, ensuring a seamless, data-driven employee experience. You will own and integrate our core People tech stack (HiBob, Greenhouse, SharePoint, Power BI), transforming them into a unified, efficient system that drives automation, accuracy, and insight across the organization. Key Responsibilities HR Systems Ownership Manage and optimize HiBob, Greenhouse, and related tools Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance Drive adoption and continuous improvement Workflow Automation Design scalable workflows across hiring, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding Automate processes using Power Automate and native tools to reduce manual work Systems Integration Own integrations across HR, Finance, and IT systems (e.g., payroll, NetSuite) Manage APIs and data flows to maintain a single source of truth Data Reporting Build Power BI dashboards for workforce insights Track key metrics (hiring, headcount, attrition, performance) Deliver actionable insights to leadership Process Standardization Translate business needs into scalable system solutions Establish global standards while supporting local flexibility Qualifications 4–7+ years in HRIS / People Systems roles Experience with HiBob (or similar HRIS) and Greenhouse (or ATS) Strong skills in SharePoint, Power BI, and workflow automation Experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines Proficiency in Excel; SQL preferred Strong problem-solving and system-thinking mindset Join ABBYY, and you will: Love how you work We provide remote and hybrid working options to fit all lifestyles.
