If you want to work at the center of how AI gets things done, this is the moment. We're seeking an exceptional senior designers with enterprise product design experience to join our team. Direct experience with AI interfaces, security products, or enterprise systems is highly valued. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Create intuitive interfaces for complex AI systems that make sophisticated technology accessible to enterprise users. - Design governance and security experiences that balance powerful controls with usability. - Develop our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform. - Conduct user research with enterprise stakeholders to validate design decisions. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and AI teams. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving. - Experience designing AI interfaces or tools that help users interact with AI capabilities (strong plus). - Enterprise UX expertise with demonstrated success designing for business users and workflows. - Systems thinking and ability to design scalable, consistent experiences. - Strong visual design skills and mastery of design tools like Figma.
