What You’ll Do About the Team The Strategy Transformation team at CoreWeave is focused on building next-generation internal systems across People Technologies. We operate at the intersection of enterprise platforms, AI-driven automation, and custom application development to deliver seamless, scalable, and intelligent workforce experiences. Our team partners closely with HR, IT, Security, and Engineering to design and implement systems that power the employee lifecycle end-to-end. About the Role As a Senior Integrations / AI Engineer, you will design and build scalable integrations across CoreWeave’s PeopleTech ecosystem, including HRIS, identity, recruiting, and other enterprise systems. You’ll develop APIs, microservices, and automation workflows that enable real-time data exchange and intelligent process orchestration. This role combines full-stack engineering with modern integration platforms and GenAI capabilities to create seamless internal experiences. You will also build custom applications and user interfaces that enhance workflows for HR, IT, and Finance teams. Who You Are 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or Integration Engineer Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar Experience building and maintaining APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Workato, Boomi, or Tray.io Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Camunda, Apache Airflow, Zapier) Demonstrated experience integrating enterprise systems (HRIS, ERP, CRM, billing, asset management) Familiarity with GenAI tools, APIs, and architectures (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, RAG) Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices Strong understanding of data pipelines, API security, and enterprise integration patterns Preferred Experience architecting and scaling large, complex integration ecosystems Strong experience working across multiple enterprise domains (e.g., Financial, Supply Chain, GTM, People systems) Proven ability to optimize and manage high-volume, real-time integrations Wondering if you’re a good fit?
