Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Deployments Team manages the coordination and execution of fielding Anduril's hardware and software products worldwide. Working across Product, Engineering, Growth, Business Development, Technical Operations, and Mission Operations, Deployments oversees forward logistics, site installation, maintenance repairs, field inventory management, sustainment and reverse logistics. The team is central to ensuring effective customer and mission success, shaping the future of Anduril's defense solutions. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Deployment Systems Operations to define, architect, and scale the digital infrastructure and operational processes that power Anduril's global deployment capabilities. You will own end-to-end the systems, workflows, and frameworks that enable mission-critical defense solutions to reach the field with speed, reliability, and operational excellence. This is a 0→1 and 1→100 role. You'll operate with high autonomy in ambiguous, rapidly-evolving environments—building systems where none exist, solving novel problems without playbooks, and making high-stakes decisions with incomplete information. You'll be expected to move at startup velocity while maintaining the rigor required for defense operations. This role requires the rare combination of technical vision, operational expertise, and organizational savvy—you'll need to know what's possible, what's practical, and who needs to be involved to make it happen.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Systems Architecture Infrastructure:
Define and implement next-generation deployment management systems—you'll assess what to replace, what to enhance, and what to build new, then drive engineering teams to execute your vision
Own the roadmap for deployment systems: translate operational requirements into clear technical specifications, partner with engineering to implement, and hold teams accountable to delivery timelines
Drive enterprise-wide adoption of deployment software solutions; own the complete feedback loop between field users and engineering teams
Lead cross-functional implementation of complex operational programs that require orchestrating the right people, processes, and technology simultaneously (e.g., global inventory management, asset tracking, predictive maintenance systems)
Inject Deployment Operations requirements into company-wide system integrations, ensuring critical operational needs aren't overlooked by product and engineering teams
Design and implement a centralized knowledge management system for deployment operations, establishing the single source of truth for a distributed global team
Process Design Operational Excellence :
Create the playbook for standardized deployment methodologies that work across diverse environments (domestic, international, austere, permissive)
Design data-driven feedback loops using predictive analytics and real-time operational data to continuously optimize performance
Architect end-to-end solutions that span people, process, and technology—identifying when the constraint is tooling vs. training vs. organizational structure, and implementing holistic fixes
Build measurement frameworks that surface leading indicators of deployment success/failure before they become critical issues ... (truncated, view full listing at source)
