AI.Accelerate Overview:  Are you a technically curious and ambitious undergraduate student with a passion for Artificial Intelligence? ServiceNow invites you to explore our AI.Accelerate program where you can develop practical AI skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, and immersive environment.   This  eight-week unpaid bootcamp  is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the core concepts and techniques of AI, with a focus on practical application and real-world problem-solving. You'll learn from experienced instructors, work on challenging projects, and collaborate with a cohort of talented peers.   Dates:  June 15 – July 31, 2026 (Virtual) + Week 8—beginning of August (In Person)  Location:  Virtually via Zoom   Duration:  4 hours a week (plus homework)  What You'll Learn:  Agentic AI Foundations:  Understand what makes an AI system "agentic" — including autonomy, reasoning, and action-taking — and how LLMs are evolving from chat tools into decision-making agents.   Agentic Design Patterns:  Explore key architectural patterns including React, chain-of-thought, tool use, and memory, and understand the difference between single-agent and multi-agent systems and when to use each.   Prompt Engineering:  Learn techniques for writing reliable, production-grade prompts that drive consistent and predictable agent behavior at scale.   Building Agents:  Design agents that use tools, APIs, and external data sources, and learn how to structure agent memory — both short-term and long-term — for complex, multi-step tasks.   Multi-Agent Orchestration:  Build and manage multi-agent workflows where agents collaborate, delegate, and hand off tasks to accomplish goals that no single agent could complete alone.   Evaluation Frameworks:  Learn why evaluations are the most critical part of building AI systems and how to design frameworks that define what to measure and how to measure it effectively.   AI Safety & Responsible Use:  Understand real-world failure modes including hallucination, prompt injection, and behavioral drift, and learn how to build guardrails and safety checks into agentic pipelines.   Capstone Project:  Design, build, evaluate, and defend an AI agent from scratch — putting every concept from the program into practice and presenting your work to a panel of ServiceNow engineers and leaders.  Innovative Learning Structure:  A blend of lectures, hands-on laboratories, and collaborative projects fostering a cohort- based, hands on learning experience.   The program concludes with an in-person experience where participants showcase their capstone project, explore career opportunities at ServiceNow, and connect with the broader engineering community.  please note: this is an unpaid program and is not an internship To be successful in this role you:  Have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry . Are an Undergraduate student majoring or minoring in Computer Science (CS), Computer Engineering (CE), or Data Analytics. or related field, with a graduation date no earlier than  December 2027  Are experienced in Python programming.  Are experienced with and/or have knowledge of fundamental AI concepts Have availability to attend the full duration of the boot camp from June 15, 2026 to July 31, 2026 and then available ...
