So what do you say, are you in? 📍Your Impact Starts Here We're looking for a Project Lead who owns the end-to-end process of getting customers up and running with Homebase Payroll. You'll partner with small businesses to understand their payroll needs, work closely with Sales to gather the right information, and make sure every implementation is accurate and compliant — from kickoff to that first payroll run. You're not doing it alone either; you'll team up with an Onboarding Implementation Specialist who handles the technical lift, including YTD and Demographic loads. You're a clear, confident communicator who can break down complex payroll concepts for customers and internal teams alike. You don't shy away from ambiguity; you dig in, research state-by-state regulations, and find answers independently. Payroll complexity across states, counties, and municipalities? That's your kind of puzzle. You're metrics-driven, highly organized, and you see things through — flagging risks early and driving work all the way to the finish line.
