Events Marketing Associate THE OPPORTUNITY Join the team that's transforming how millions access MSK care—and help us do it face-to-face. Events are the largest contributor of B2B marketing-generated sales opportunities at Hinge Health. As an Events Marketing Associate, you'll be at the center of planning, executing, and promoting 50+ external conferences and Hinge Health-owned events annually, working alongside a high-performing team to deliver exceptional experiences that grow the pipeline and strengthen our market presence. HINGE HEALTH HYBRID MODEL We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH IN YOUR FIRST 3 MONTHS: You will dive into the fundamentals of B2B event marketing by supporting logistics for 10-15 events, building relationships with key internal stakeholders (demand gen, creative, sales), and becoming fluent in our event tech stack (Asana, Salesforce, Bizzabo). You'll shadow on-site event execution and begin assisting with pre-event promotional campaigns. IN YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS: You will independently manage event logistics from start to finish for smaller conferences, coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver marketing materials and promotional content on deadline, and take ownership of budget tracking and vendor management for your assigned events. You'll travel to 3-5 conferences to support booth setup and attendee engagement, and begin analyzing event performance metrics to inform future strategies. IN YOUR FIRST YEAR: You will be a trusted partner on the Events Marketing team, owning end-to-end coordination for 15-20 events with minimal oversight. You'll proactively identify process improvements and efficiencies, contribute insights from competitive analysis and industry trends, and support the team in achieving pipeline growth targets. You'll embody our "Lead at All Levels" principle by taking initiative on projects and becoming a go-to resource for event best practices. WHO YOU ARE - A "Learn-it-all": You're excited to learn the fundamentals of B2B event marketing in the healthcare/health tech space. You don't have all the answers yet, but you ask smart questions and absorb feedback quickly. - Detail-Obsessed: You thrive on organization and follow-through. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch, whether it's tracking invoices, managing vendor timelines, or ensuring booth materials arrive on time. - Collaborative & Proactive: You work effectively across teams, take initiative when you see gaps, and follow through on commitments without needing to be reminded. - Resilient in Fast-Paced Environments: You manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and stay calm when plans change. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field - 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, project management, or related role - Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools - Willingness to travel for events (approximately 10-15% travel) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with B2B marketing or events in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS industries - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense) - Experience with event management software or registration platforms (Bizzabo, Cvent, Sendoso) - Background in digital marketing or content creation - Knowledge of the musculoskeletal (MSK) healthcare space ABOUT HINGE HEALTH At Hinge Health, we’re using technology to scale and autom ...
