Graphic Designer
SecureW2 is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup, and we are moving beyond legacy "all-in-one" marketing automation platforms to build a modular, scalable revenue engine.
The Graphic Designer is a web and graphic design expert experienced in leading design projects, delivering high-quality visual content at scale on tight deadlines, and partnering with marketing, sales, and executives to bring complex design projects to life. You will design webpages, brochures, flyers, diagrams, whitepapers, sales decks, and more. The Graphic Designer will also take their design expertise and use it to manage agentic AI workflows that maximize our output of high-quality visual content that meets our brand and style standards. This role reports to the Production Editor and works closely with editors, writers, product marketing managers, and the rest of the marketing team to achieve their goals. The right candidate is a strong designer, artist, and visual storyteller who can deliver gold-standard design content themselves, manage AI workflows with a keen eye for quality, and lead design strategy for complex web and graphic projects.
Key responsibilities
Multichannel Design Production: Execute high-quality visual assets across various formats, including webpages, sales decks, whitepapers, brochures, and complex diagrams
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with executives, marketing, and sales teams to translate complex business requirements into compelling visual stories
End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead design strategy for large-scale projects, managing everything from initial concept to final delivery under tight deadlines
Quality Assurance & Art Direction: Act as a "gold-standard" gatekeeper, using a keen artistic eye to review and refine content produced by both human effort and AI tools
AI Workflow Management: Oversee and optimize agentic AI workflows to scale the production of visual content while ensuring all output meets strict brand and style standards
Required skills & experience
A love for design, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce excellent designs for a broad range of marketing design formats
5+ years of experience in graphic and web design for marketing, preferably with B2B SaaS brands
Demonstrated success managing high volumes of design assets on tight deadlines
Mastery of key modern design tools from Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to Canva, Figma, MidJourney, Ideogram, Webflow, and beyond
Experience working with AI tools for design and an eagerness to innovate with AI to scale design work
The ability to envision, plan, and execute design projects that require creative brand strategy, complex logistics, and customer-centric thinking
Excellent project management skills and experience working within content calendars and deadlines
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales
