Detailed Description Description: A Computer Technician whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to day-to-day management of workload, laptop/desktop/printer triage and repair, interaction with Netsync warranty administrators and maintenance of proper work tickets in Netsync and OEM systems Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain strong working relationships with customers and team. Repair of computers and peripherals including but not limited to desktops, laptops, workstations, & printers. Understand warranty and insurance guidelines as it pertains to break-fix. Customer, Partner/Vendor and cross-department relationship management. Manage and update support cases in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems. Work on site hardware support cases for Netsync’s Onsite Support service requests. Additional Duties: Assist with on-site projects. Assist in continual improvement to further streamline and automate existing processes and procedures. Upkeep of work area. Assist Network Team with network appliance installations. Continued technical education. Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings. Other responsibilities as assigned by management. Skills and Experience: Strong attention to detail. Good communication skills. Good organization skills. Good customer service skills. Curiosity and strong desire to constantly learn. Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent, CompTIA A+ or extensive break-fix experience, Valid Driver’s License, Clean Driving Record.
