LogicMonitor is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial role in driving growth and expanding market reach. As the “face of LM,” you will strategically identify and qualify high-value opportunities for the sales team, engaging with prospects to uncover pain points and demonstrate how LogicMonitor’s IT infrastructure monitoring solutions can support their business initiatives. Here's a closer look at this key role: Generate Sales Opportunities : Identify and qualify high-value prospects to create pipeline opportunities for the sales team. Outbound Prospecting : Leverage technical and value-based insights to engage cold and warm leads, driving new business opportunities. Qualify Prospects : Assess fit by asking key qualifying questions to understand client needs, challenges, and timelines. Campaign Execution : Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns. Engagement Follow-Up : Maintain proactive communication with prospects, delivering relevant messaging to generate interest and advance conversations. Internal Collaboration Insights Sharing : Serve as a key resource by sharing best practices, competitive insights, and product updates with internal teams. Performance Tracking Reporting : Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings, providing updates on achievements, business plans, and quota progress. What You'll Need: Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of outbound sales experience. Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate complex solutions.
