Meet the Team The Service Supply Chain Central Data Office is a global team of database and business intelligence professionals dedicated to managing robust reporting and database platforms across multiple business organizations. We oversee the full data lifecycle—including ingestion, modeling, quality assurance, and consumption readiness—while delivering high-impact report and dashboard solutions for our stakeholders. Our diverse team, spanning the U.S. and India, comprises database administrators, data architects, data engineers, and data analysts, all bolstered by the expertise of our business analysts and operations partners. Your Impact Architect and maintain robust, scalable data ecosystems that transform raw information into actionable business intelligence. You will serve as a technical bridge between complex data infrastructure and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, security, and high-performance delivery for AI and analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities & Impact · Pipeline Engineering: Architect and optimize high-throughput ETL/ELT pipelines, reducing data latency and improving the reliability of downstream analytical models. · Infrastructure Scalability: Design and manage enterprise-grade data warehouses and lakes, ensuring infrastructure supports growing data volumes while maintaining cost-efficiency. · Data Governance & Integrity: Enforce rigorous data quality standards and security protocols, ensuring 100% compliance with data privacy regulations and providing a single source of truth for the organization. · Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to translate complex requirements into high-performance data models that accelerate time-to-insight. · Process Automation: Identify and automate manual data workflows, significantly reducing operational overhead and minimizing the risk of human error in data delivery. Minimum Qualifications · Bachelor of Science degree with 7 years of related experience in data engineer and service supply chain supply mgmt. · Possess experience in Data quality management. · Possess experience in Oracle and proficient in Snowflake Procedure development. · Experience in developing ETL data pipelines. · Experience in developing complex data models.
