THE ROLE Zeta is seeking a Product Marketing Director, AI Solutions to lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and commercialization for next-generation AI-driven marketing and media products and solutions , while supporting the development of new buyer-specific solutions across Zeta’s platform. This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation , media activation, identity-driven marketing and enterprise solution packaging. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role responsible for: Identifying new market opportunities Defining differentiated AI-powered solutions across paid, owned, and identity-driven channels Driving commercialization with product, operations, GTM Marketing teams Launching innovations that accelerate customer growth and Zeta revenue At Zeta, our world class Product Marketers identify strategic opportunities based on market and competitive intelligence and capitalize on them by defining and bringing competitive products and solutions to market. We develop product strategy, product positioning, go-to-market (GTM) programs, thought leadership, content, demos and sales enablement materials. We understand our customers’ needs, analyst input, the competitive landscape, our core offering strengths, and play a critical, visible role in driving Zeta’s roadmap and leading Zeta’s go-to-market strategy. We measure our success through our ability to develop creative and innovative marketing strategies and our ability to own and deliver compelling new market solutions. This is a highly visible role for a strategic, hands-on product marketer who thrives in fast-moving, innovation-driven environments. In this role, you will define Zeta’s go to markets into new markets, crafting stories and strategies that resonate with buyers and accelerate measurable business growth. RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with go-to-market teams to lead GTM strategy, product positioning and commercialization for Zeta’s AI driven products and solutions, including executing coordinated launches, campaigns and customer activation programs. Serve as the voice of the customer and market (Understand customers, segments and their unmet needs) and translate that into market requirements to inform product roadmaps, support prototyping and testing and ensure solutions align with real-world demand. Define and maintain accurate customer personas and target segments, plus identify our strongest differentiators across our product suite for each of those segments. Identify emerging market opportunities, customer needs and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy and support development of new buyer-specific and verticalized solutions Collaborate with the GTM teams to create a transparent and internally socialized roadmap, driving market intelligence and feedback into the product development and go to market process. Quarterback world-class launches by creating powerful “launch moments” that promote our innovation, drive market awareness, and accelerate customer adoption.
