Senior Manager – European / EMEA Billing Location: Hyderabad, India Department: Finance Reports To: GVP – Accounting, Controller Position Summary The Senior Manager – European / EMEA Billing will lead the billing operations for the Europe and EMEA region, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, compliance with local and international accounting standards, and adherence to contractual requirements. This role will oversee a team based in Hyderabad and act as a key liaison between regional finance, sales, legal, operations and collections teams in Europe / EMEA to support end-to-end billing processes. Key Responsibilities Billing Operations C Management Oversee end-to-end billing processes for multiple European / EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual terms and local tax Manage the monthly invoicing cycle, credit notes, adjustments, and Review and approve complex billing cases, pricing changes, and non-standard Partner with FPCA and accounting teams for month-end close, accruals, and Leadership C Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a team of billing analysts and specialists in Set performance goals, monitor productivity, and implement process improvement Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer Process Improvement C Automation Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance billing accuracy, efficiency, and system Collaborate with IT and system administrators to maintain and improve billing systems (e.g. SuiteBilling, ZoneBilling etc). Implement controls and audits to minimize billing Stakeholder C Regional Coordination Work closely with European / EMEA regional finance leads, sales operations, and legal teams to ensure contract compliance and customer Support customer queries, audits, and escalations related to billing and Provide management reports and insights into billing performance and KPIs Compliance C Governance Ensure compliance with local tax laws, SOX controls, and internal audit Liaise with internal and external auditors during audit Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Qualifications s Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce MBA, CA (Inter/Final), or CPA qualification Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in billing, with at least 2+ years in a managerial Experience of managing European / EMEA billing operations and familiarity with regional tax/VAT Hands-on experience with enterprise billing/ERP systems (e.g. SuiteBilling, ZoneBilling ) Skills s Competencies: Some level of proficiency in the European and EMEA languages – German, French, Dutch, Spanish etc Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement Strong leadership and people management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially across global Attention to detail and high standards of Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting/BI Company Summary: Zeta Globalisa NYSElisted data-poweredmarketing technologycompany with aheritage of innovation and industry leadership.
