Department Overview Tetra HW Engineering Job Description Handle design and development of highly sophisticated communication products. Handle RF/Controller design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization, validation and test activities associated with product development. Construction of prototypes or proof of concepts for purposes of testing circuit designs as needed, using workbench tools and test equipment. Ensure product compliance to reliability and regulatory standards. Basic Requirements At least a Bachelor degree majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area. · At least 3 years of related experiences. Familiar and interest in RF/digital controller/audio related fields depending on the area of work the candidate is applying Good analytical and problem solving skills and inter team coordination skills. Able to communicate & present conceptual ideas to technical audiences. Good in analytical and problem solving skills Able to work independently with minimum supervision, able to multi-task, analytical, self motivated and a good team player. Knowledge in ADS simulation tools and PCB layout is an added advantage. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills. Able to work well with cross-functional teams. Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.
