The Associate, Sales Operations is a role specialized on RFI questionnaires, customer Third Party Assessments and Audits that include requirements in several knowledge field areas as IT Security, Tech, product, privacy, sustainability, human resources etc.  The RFI and customer audit process are critical to D&B’s business as they form part of the customers' buying cycle. This business practice aims to gather written information about selecting D&B as a vendor as part of the purchasing decision. The Associate, Sales Operations leads the coordination of customer requirements and gathers answers from the organization and experts from different teams.
