About the Role This role offers a unique opportunity to participate and build regulated drone delivery operations by: Working cross functionally with Flight Operations and being a part of the Ground Operations team Identifying operational risk and escalating safety-critical matters to the Ground Operations Lead Assessing standardizing Commercial Operations processes Working on other Commercial Operations associated tasks assigned by mgmt You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Support the Ground Operations team in assigned tasks Collaborate with software and hardware teams to provide structured operational feedback on production systems and tools Work closely with Flight Operations support on the ground We’re excited about you because… You have strong operational judgment and risk-based decision-making capability You communicate clearly with executive leadership, maintenance, and operations crew You maintain uncompromising standards for safety, compliance, documentation, and accountability You thrive in environments where precision, operational discipline, and scalability are critical Compensation Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
