As a Commercial Partner Account Manager, you will own a book of active partners within our Commercial ecosystem — driving revenue growth, deepening relationships, and identifying new opportunities for Klaviyo and its partners to win together. This role is ideal for an Account Executive or someone coming from a sales forward Partner role looking to apply their sales expertise in a high-impact, strategic capacity. You will leverage strong consultative and deal-making skills to understand your partners' business models and growth strategies, identifying ways Klaviyo can help them — and their clients — grow. In this role, you are responsible for building and managing relationships with Klaviyo partners, articulating the value of Klaviyo, differentiating Klaviyo from competing solutions, managing business development opportunities (including co-selling) with your partners, and coaching your partners on how to grow their business and profitability with Klaviyo. How You'll Make a Difference Own a portfolio of active partners as a trusted advisor, cultivating relationships with key leaders and decision makers — with a focus on those managing front-line teams working with Klaviyo. Drive partner revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities and encouraging progression through tiers within our partner program. Develop a deep understanding of each partner's organizational structure and business goals, and build a long-term strategy to help them meet those goals alongside Klaviyo. Carry and exceed revenue-focused goals at the individual level. Collaborate with a highly driven team to ensure success in attaining company-wide goals and initiatives, while maintaining focus on revenue production. Bring creative thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance Klaviyo's values, culture, and vision for the future.
