Solutions Enablement Manager

As a Solutions Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and developing sales enablement programs, training, and internal and customer-facing content. You possess exceptional presentation and communication skills alongside strong working knowledge of Adobe creativity and productivity solutions. What You'll Do Drive Solutions Enablement:  Develop and deliver training and enablement tools, content, and resources for global Enterprise Sales teams. Develop Sales-Ready Solutions Content:  Build crisp, actionable sales collateral that shows sellers how to position, articulate, and land solution value. Strengthen Solution Roadmap with Field Voice:  Surface sales team feedback for new capabilities, integrations, and roadmap investments to unlock deeper solution potential for customers. Align with Cross Functional Teams:  Collaborate with GTM, product marketing, sales operations, and field teams to ensure consistency in sales play execution. Qualifications 6 years of sales or enablement experience in creativity or productivity business solutions, or related fields within SaaS, productivity software, or enterprise technology. Exceptional project and program management skills, knowledge, and experience. Strong understanding of AI’s role in modern enterprise workflows and its emerging business value. Proven communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate solutions into business value. Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience partnering with GTM, product marketing, sales operations, and sales. Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally up to 40% of the time.
