About the Team The Global Services Portfolio team is expanding, and we are seeking a motivated Product Manager to contribute to our ongoing achievements. This role places you at the forefront of developing and refining Workday’s Global Services Portfolio for the entire Workday ecosystem. Our core focus is to simplify complex offerings and package them into a clear framework for the field. This approach is designed to increase revenue, reduce costs, and enhance deployment efficiency. While driving these results, we maintain a highly collaborative and positive work environment and celebrate both professional and personal successes. About the Role This role focuses on driving the definition, creation, and deployment of Service Offerings within our Global Services portfolio. You will act as a Services Product representative, working closely with various cross-functional teams, including Sales, Delivery, and Systems, to ensure successful rollout. Key responsibilities include: Driving cross-functional collaboration for design and decision-making. Managing project timelines and deliverables. Developing and managing all associated content and documentation. Aggregating data analysis and trends to tell a story Executing Global Services Enablement, including documentation and live training sessions. About You Basic Qualifications : Product Manager: 3 years of project management experience 3 years of product owner experience or working closely with product manager to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables 3 years of experience in software sales or delivery role Senior Product Manager: 5 years of project management experience 5 years of product owner experience or working closely with product manager to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables 5 years of experience in software sales or delivery role Other Qualifications: Self Starter - Strong time management Collaboration - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams.
