Sr. Motion Designer

We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to bring the Doppel brand to life through motion, video, and visual storytelling. In this position, you will create engaging short-form video, product animations, and motion graphics that help communicate Doppel’s value across marketing, social media, and product storytelling. What you’ll do Create 2D and 3D motion graphics and animations that communicate Doppel’s product, brand, and value across marketing channels Design motion for product demos and product UI, helping illustrate key workflows and features in a clear and compelling way Film and edit short-form social video for channels like LinkedIn, X, and other marketing platforms Concept, storyboard, and produce video content for campaigns, launches, and announcements Guide and collaborate with video production agencies on high-production shoots, including event videos, customer case studies, and brand content Partner closely with marketing, product marketing, design, and leadership to translate technical concepts into engaging visual stories Develop and maintain motion guidelines and systems that aligns with Doppel’s brand system Support events, product launches, and campaigns with high-quality video and motion assets What you’ll bring 5+ years of experience in motion design, video production, or a related creative role Strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging motion and video storytelling Experience filming, editing, and producing short-form video content for social media A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, product animations, and video production Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment Skilled with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and AI motion design tools A thoughtful, curious, and resourceful approach to problem solving Why Join Doppel Meaningful equity so you share in Doppel’s success Remote first culture with flexibility built in Flexible PTO, comprehensive health benefits, parental leave, and more A high growth environment where your work has immediate impact and visibility Salary Range $165,000 $175,000 USD
