Specialist Adoption Architect 2

The Specialist Adoption Architect 2 exercises judgment when following general instructions and is responsible for working independently to support adoption initiatives, focusing on resolving routine and semi-routine challenges of limited to moderate complexity. This role assists in analyzing adoption metrics, refining success plans, and coordinating small-scale workshops. Key stakeholders include Account Solution Architects (ASAs) and Customer Success Executives (CSEs), with occasional customer-facing interactions to address common adoption barriers. Note: This role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information requiring special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws. Analyze adoption metrics (e.g., product usage) to identify trends and suggest improvements. Co-facilitate adoption workshops with guidance, documenting actionable outcomes. Update success plans based on customer feedback and product updates. Troubleshoot basic technical adoption blockers (e.g., configuration errors). Collaborate with ASAs to align account plans with adoption best practices. The salary range for this position is $95,270.00 - $147,800.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications. Pay Transparency Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity.
