- Extract signal from noise across markets, sectors, and investment opportunities.
- Draft investment memos, briefs, and decision-ready materials.
- Conduct industry, sector, and macro research (market sizing, comps, trends).
- Track private markets, credit, and public equities landscapes.
- Surface emerging opportunities and risks across the portfolio.
- Manage investment pipeline (Airtable/CRM) including stage tracking, ownership, and reporting.
- Maintain audit-ready files, clean data rooms, and organized workflows.
- Support diligence, portfolio monitoring, and quarterly reviews.
- Use AI (LLMs, GPT) to enhance research, synthesis, and workflow automation.
- Build repeatable systems for data synthesis, insight generation, and reporting.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 2–4 years of experience in investment analysis, equity research, credit, IB, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel; three-statement, cash flow, scenario analysis).
- Experience with investment research, valuation, and market analysis.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, structured insights.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail (audit-ready work, clean pipelines).
- High ownership mindset; thrives in a small, fast-paced team.
PREFERRED SKILLS

- Familiarity with Airtable or CRM-based pipeline management.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for research, analysis, or workflow automation.
