As an Engineering Manager II, you will enhance functional team performance through advanced technical leadership and problem‑solving. In addition, you will lead Test and Validation activities, ensuring our systems are built right and are the right solution. You will guide teams in planning and executing verification and validation efforts aligned with organizational standards and test program processes. This includes overseeing development of test plans, test cards, and validation criteria; facilitating Test Readiness Reviews and Flight Readiness Reviews; and ensuring anomalies discovered during test execution are documented, tracked, and resolved. Your leadership in these areas will ensure that engineering solutions meet stakeholder needs, comply with mission‑critical requirements, and are validated in realistic operational environments. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary engineering team to achieve project milestones. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of engineering products. Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget. Drive the development and implementation of technical solutions to complex engineering challenges. Ensure all engineering activities comply with applicable standards and regulations. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. Mentor and develop engineering staff, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth. Present project updates and technical data to senior management and stakeholders. Oversee the planning, development, and execution of test and validation activities to ensure engineering solutions meet requirements. Collaborate with test engineering teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and validation plans. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's of Science degree in a related discipline Typically, 8 years of progressive engineering experience, which includes 4 years of management experience.
