We could use your expertise on our team! Supply Chain Program Managers (SCPMs) are the primary experts for both Supply Chain Program Management and Technical responsibility of a Supplier’s SOW. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of multiple lower-level Supply Chain Project Coordinators (SCPCs) and SCPMs providing leadership guidance, performance management, recruiting and staffing planning. You will be responsible for developing training plans for SCPCs and SCPMs while ensuring overall supply chain performance for business units or large complex programs. Your expertise will contribute to cost-effective technical solutions within schedule constraints by collaborating with various stakeholders including Subcontract Managements, Purchasing Agents, Engineering teams, Operations teams, Business Management teams. Your team will be accountable for the overall supply chain performance of the business unit or large, complex programs’ including cost, technical, schedule planning, and execution. We are seeking a dedicated professional who can consolidate risks at the program level while mitigating them effectively to meet cost targets. You’ll also play a pivotal role during proposals by defining supplier requirements and evaluating strategies.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
May supervise SCPCs and SCPMs; provide oversight on job responsibilities.
Set clear performance expectations; conduct regular feedback sessions.
Conduct performance reviews; participate in hiring processes.
Develop staffing plans; ensure effective workforce planning.
Facilitate necessary training programs for team members.
Ensure CAM certification compliance among assigned personnel when applicable.
Address interpersonal conflicts promptly; creates a collaborative and harmonious work environment.
Participate in and occasionally lead programmatic and technical meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.
Attend Program Reviews with subcontractors to provide updates, communicate needs and status, and request program-driven changes through Supply Management.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Assist and Develop the Program-level Supply Chain Management Plan, outlining supply chain strategies, reporting, and communication plan.
Offer decisive leadership to SCPMs in crafting a cohesive strategy for effective teaming within our supply chain network, ensuring a robust framework for seamless integration.
Provide leadership to SCPMs in developing comprehensive negotiation strategies, crucial for formalizing strategic agreements with key suppliers.
Offer strong guidance to SCPMs in developing tailored sourcing strategies that meet each category's unique requirements, while actively engaging cross-functional teams in collaborative planning sessions.
Evaluate the performance and capabilities of current suppliers and the supply chain, forecast future needs, and develop negotiation strategies that promote sustained collaboration.
Lead meetings with subcontractors/suppliers when required.
