Sr. Director, Business Process

We’re looking for a Sr Director, Business Process, to join our ever-evolving EMEA Enterprise team and help us unleash the potential of every business. What you’ll own as the Sr Director, Business Process Act as advisor and executor to EMEA Enterprise General Manager, act as deputy in select meetings Manage a small team of strategists to deliver business process improvements, commercial and strategic outcomes Build and execute EMEA plans across product, sales and GTM to drive double digit YoY growth Own Quarterly Business Reporting to Global Enterprise President Rally our 400 EMEA team around a clear set of strategic objectives via All Hands, XLTs, Comms and more Direct sales, product and engineering delivery personnel to obtain requirements and drive outputs for EMEA product requirements Design and deliver analysis, forecasting and reporting to support target setting, financial performance reporting and financial plan creation Identify financial planning process improvements and direct activities of Finance to implement these Represent and advocate for EMEA business at WPUK and WPBV Board Meetings Lead strategic projects to drive positive outcomes for EMEA business including directing activities of GTM, Product and Marketing teams Manage a team of project managers responsible for accelerating the go live of new business deals What you’ll bring 6 years’ experience in strategic planning or business process Outstanding relationship building, influencing and communication skills Empathy and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple projects at the same time Strong analytical skills A can-do attitude It’s a bonus if you have Language skills Experience working in payments or financial technology Sales experience To learn more about the behaviors we value, checkout our values and behaviors About the team The EMEA Enterprise business has 400 colleagues, is worth several hundred million and counts some of the world’s largest businesses as our trusted customers.
