We’re looking for an APAC Business Development Manager, Payouts to join our ever-evolving Commercial team and help us unleash the potential of every business. About the team Our Payouts organization spans Product, Strategy, Commercialization, and Sales. As a Strategic Sales Executive, you'll collaborate across departments and geographies, working closely with commercial leads to drive adoption and scale growth. What you’ll own as the Business Development Manager, Payouts We’re seeking a Payouts expert to drive adoption of our global solutions—Push to Account, Push to Card, and Push to Wallet—across our existing customer base of ~1 million. As a Payout Sales Specialist, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert, boosting product sales and uncovering new growth opportunities. Partnering with the Commercialization, Strategy, and Sales teams, you’ll identify prospects within existing and new logo accounts, lead strategic engagements, and grow your pipeline through both referrals and self-sourced leads. Drive sales of Worldpay’s leading Payout solutions: Push to Account, Card, and Wallet Partner with internal Sales teams to uncover new opportunities and act as a strategic lead for client engagements Generate and nurture leads through referrals, collaboration, and outbound efforts Own the full sales cycle using Salesforce, from prospecting to close and implementation Represent Worldpay at key industry events and conferences Provide regular reporting on performance metrics and pipeline progress This role is required to work with different teams across different geographies and time zones to deliver business outcomes. As such, the role may be required to work or remain contactable outside regular hours due to different time zones at times. Other related duties as assigned. What you’ll bring Deep knowledge of global Payouts and FX, especially cross-border applications Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales, with a consultative approach and proven success solving business problems Comfort engaging senior stakeholders (C-suite and business owners) Experience with technology and payment solutions is a strong plus Proficiency with Salesforce and pipeline management It’s a bonus if you have To learn more about the behaviors we value, checkout our values and behaviors .
