They co-create a winning culture that inspires and enables us to be our best. We are looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst to join our high-performing and collaborative team. What you'll own As a Payroll Analyst, you will deliver an effective and accurate payroll service to our business. Perform accounting functions in payroll preparation, distribution, and reporting. Balance payroll ledger, research exceptions, and take corrective action. Reconcile tax and unemployment liability accounts. Prepare payroll tax reporting and resolve issues. Implement process improvements and lead special projects. Serve as liaison to employees and payroll associates. Audit employee pay records and reconcile totals. Interpret pay policies and ensure correct deductions. Document payroll processes and train staff. Produce scheduled/ad hoc analyses and reports. Other related duties as needed. What you bring 3 years of experience in one of the following countries (Netherlands, France, Spain) Broad knowledge of payroll principles and regulations Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP) Experience in a dynamic payroll environment Attention to detail and accuracy Customer service skills Desire for continuous improvement Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables) It’s a bonus if you have Experience in Romania payroll Bilingual skills (French/ Spanish) What makes a Worldpayer What makes a Worldpayer?
